TEAM Women - Ignite Your Passion! is a private community of women with a commitment to make a difference, to advance in their career, business and entrepreneurial paths while taking care of their own and others wellbeing. We are women with a commitment to ignite our passion, grow our influence and amplify the impact we have in the world!
We're under no illusions - despite it being 'no better time to be a woman', with many complexities in our work, relationships, finances, career, parenting and health, being a leader is not easy! A leader is not someone with a title, who sits at the top of a hierarchy with a list of academic credentials, power, authority and status!
A Leader is anyone who is willing to take responsibility for finding the potential in themselves, others and ideas and has the courage to develop that potential. It’s more about who we are than what we do. It’s about having the courage to take action in direct accordance with our Vision, Values, Passion and Purpose no matter what life throws our way. Its about advancing despite adversity
We are here to help each other find the joy in life. We acknowledge it takes courage, being vulnerable and authentic about the trials, tribulations and triumphs to successfully achieve our goals despite the chaos, ambiguity and uncertainty.
Sharing stories is a powerful way of going beyond our own barriers to achieving what we may not otherwise have imagined. We invite you to join us, to share your stories, your thoughts, inspiration, discoveries, successes and lessons; as much as your struggles, challenges and uncertainties. What you are passionate about, what is your vision for the future, what do you value, what are your hopes and dreams, your goals and aspirations and what are the roadblocks you’re up against.
There is no need or room for perfection - our imperfections is what makes us perfect.
We are here to connect, grow, learn - to post comments, give feedback, share and test ideas, ask questions and make a request for feedback, ideas or advice!
We are here to provide a safe space for women to connect and communicate, to be heard, seen and appreciated. We advocate all women having a voice and having the opportunity to be achieve their goals despite adversity. We encourage women to talk about their business and to share about any events or workshops that are relevant to other women in the group so long as we play to the code - to focus on support not self-promotion.
