After graduating from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Psychology and a postgraduate in Human Resources, Simone commenced a career in consumer sales and held a myriad of roles. before discovering the field of recruitment in 1994. This ignited Simone and her passion for connecting people and creating value.

In 1998, Simone founded Mondo Search - an executive recruitment firm after recognising an enormous need for fearless consulting and rigorous reference checking. Simone has continued to lead her consultancy for over 20 years, interviewing over 22 000 candidates and placing over 2800 high calibre leaders in business.

One common trait that Simone recognised in leaders was having wise counsel and good mentors. Inspired by the impact of her own mentors, Simone began running high touch mentoring programs for schools and organisations to build meaningful connections and connecting communities.

In 2018, Simone founded The Mentor Evolution with a vision for a world-class mentor matching technology that improves connections across communities and provides a sense of belonging, engagement and inclusion for individuals, teams and organisations across Australia.

Simone Co-Chairs the Sydney Chapter for Sydney Women of EO (Entrepreneur's Organisation). She is a Committee Member of South Pacific Private Hospital, Director of Lived Experience Australia and the Founder of The Women’s Resilience Centre
