In 2007 Camilla successfully led the ALP’s digital election campaign (KEVIN07). In 2013 she became the Marketing Director at Cure Brain Cancer Foundation, managing a rebrand and their first major advertising campaign resulting in a top Effie award in 2015, and in 2016 CBCF was awarded Charity of the Year and 25th most innovative organisation in Australia (the only NFP to make it to the top 100).
Gill is an international executive with over 20 years experience working in a variety of leadership roles at Coca-Cola in the UK, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. Gill was also a member of the Global Women’s Leadership Council working to drive gender parity in senior leadership positions.
As a mother seeking to integrate her career with being a ‘great mum’ to her twin girls, her journey has given her deep experiences of the value and importance of a more thoughtful approach to defining and designing your best-life. Her passion to support others make the most of their strengths and be true to their passions led her to leave her corporate career to set up Syntegrate, a business focussed on Life Design, Authentic Leadership and Women In Leadership.
